Hello guys!
Please first have a look to this 8 second video:

Now I need to use this photo:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0kIa5kqOVFLR1RtUU44M0F0eU0/view?usp=shari...

in this 8 second video. When the camera turns to show the front and out side of the car I want use the photo but with transparency (I want dissolve), user should be able still to see the background (which is outside) and photo together. Also It's very important to have a perspective photo by changing the angles or any part of photo.

The final result I need is something like this:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0kIa5kqOVFLZGVOZXdaeThubkE/view?usp=shari...

But I need it dynamic, perspective (like the sample). It should be autistic.
The only thing I need is a clue from you! Where and how can I do this? You give me a clue and I try to do this myself. By which effect, plugin or solution i can do this?

Kind Regards

I think you can do all of it with standard AE plugins.
First you need to do a 3d camera track and solve the camera. This will give you a AE virtual camera that will move the same a s the real camera.
Second you need to rotoscope out the foreground elements ( woman, car elements) to be able to composite them on top.
Thirdly you need to cut out the elements of the photograph - trees, ruins etc. - and build a 3d setup that your virtual camera can see as it moves.
Sandwich that between the full clip and the rotoscoped elements and play with opacity and transfer modes on the elements.
