I want to recreate this sand blowing effect and reveal a logo behind the "sandstorm". Only difference is, that the colored part is alpha. So there is nothing. I just want to make the storm revealing the logo or text.

Use significantly smaller particles and add some turbulence.
Although, I wouldn't use Form for this at all. A particle effect like Particular would be better. If you don't have that, CC Particle World, Foam, or any of the others that come with AE should be fine. CC Vector Blur and Turbulent Displace will help all of these do better.
Heck, you could probably do this with Fractal Noise and some wipes with Roughen Edges if you tweaked and animated the properties correctly.
