rotating wheels from an unusal angle of view?

i have a .jpg image of a monster truck and i want to animate rotating wheels.
the monster truck is shown neither from the front-view nor from the side view - something in between these angles (see attachment).
so, maybe some of you could give some tip on how to create an illusion of spinning wheels? I know, i could find another image where the wheels are shown from the exact side view and i just cut the wheels out, set the anchor point right in the middle and rotate them. Yes, but i actually do want to show some texture of the tires but struggling with creating the illusion of "spinning" from this tricky angle of view

Sorry, no attachment visible. And sorry, your rotation plan won't work.
The reason: you're not seeing the wheels from the side, where they look like 2D circles. You're looking at them in a 3/4 shot, where they're 3D objects. You'd have to model them in 3D and animate them. C4D lite, which comes with AE CC, might be able to do it.
