I have roto'd an actor out of a scene, and I want to fill the hole left after... I have found a frame where the actor isn't blocking that section and want to use it to some how lock onto the hole, the camera only moves slightly (handheld) and she steps into frame... the perspective changes slightly as the shot progresses... so just putting that frame into the hole isn't working well...

Is there a way to use 3D camera tracker to accomplish this, or something else?

Thanks all!

Aza

Do you have an example of the shot and/or your progress so far? It would help to be able to have a frame of reference.

Also, what are you planning to put in the shot where the actress was? Do you just want an empty shot for a second before she appears or something?

If we knew what you were doing, it would help us offer more helpful suggestions.
