Hi guys, i have a scene where i am working with 3d tracker point. I have to do a blood vfx that slips on a face. To do that i used a path. I wanted to know if there is a way to modify the thikness along the path in different points.

Thanks for your help.

You can create a new solid, add the write on effect, copy the mask and paste it onto the brush path, then animate the size of the brush. That might work.

Thanks Richard for the advice. I tried as you said. Here is my first result:

Do you think that might work?

Last time I looked at Stroke, you couldn't animate the brush size. I KNOW you can do it using Write-On.

There's a problem with either one -- you're not going to get realistic-looking blood flow. I'd be tempted to do it as a practical effect, with white paint dripping down a black-painted mannequin. Match the angles & size of the mannequin to the live subject, and you ought to be pretty good.

Thanks Dave for your reply. I tried how Richard said. Stroke + write on.
