She could be rotoscoped out -- or if it was a chromakey shoot, she may have never really been there in the first place.

but I've still got a problem with it.
if it was a chromakey shoot,how could we match the woman's motion camera shot with the man's motion camera and the sea?

I would be appreciated if you could explain the detail's of it scene?

With a motion-controlled camera rig.

If you have a small budget and a lot of time, it's all roto.
