I'm on a Mac and have iPhoto and Aperture.
I would like to import photos into After Effects. I thought Adobe Bridge would be the best way to see my photos but when I use Adobe Bridge I can no longer see my Photos folder under the Media Folder...but when I choose import I can see my Photos folder under the Media Folder and I can view all my photos. What am I doing wrong?
Also I am seeing my photos in one large container.
What is the best way to see them in some of the folders I've created in iPhoto or maybe better yet Aperture?
Thanks for your help!

Set up a folder contianing the ones you want to use in AE. Open up that folder. Select tham all. Drag them onto the AE Project pane, or the desired folder on the project pane.

Piece o' cake.
