I have to render a Video from after effects, that is saved for the web, and apperas in a browser as it opens.

( Basically the save for web version in Photoshop, is what I m looking for. ) Is there such a thing or I should convert the video to FLV?

There is no single video format that is natively played in all web browsers like the image formats in Photoshop's Save For Web are. Determine what video player your audience will be using and export for that.

BTW, FLV is almost never the right choice. For Flash Player, use the more modern F4V unless you have a specific reason not to.
