Rotate a video created with Android phone

I took a video with my Galaxy S III and uploaded to my laptop and it is sideways. I opened it in After Effects and I know it can be rotated but how? It is in the Composition window but at the top it says Composition (none). I saved a copy of it so is there something I should do like select all and rotate like with a picture in PS? I can't find basic information on how to do this.

Import your video into AE and chick on it in the project window. Drag the video on to the Make New Comp window. Press Cntl+K to open up the composition settings. Next to the comp dimensions uncheck the "gang/chain" icon and reverse the dimensions. X to Y, Y to X. Finally press "R" to access rotation and rotate the video +/- 90 degrees.
