Simon XefilAfter Effects CS6: Stop Motion - pan and zoom. How?

Hello to all!

First of all I'm a noob with those software, also I need your help. I've used for some years Final Cut Pro and I've create nice Stop Motion Videos in which I was able to pan and zoom between the hundred of pictures using keyframes only with a few clicks.
Now I've tried the same approach with Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 but seems I cannot apply an offset 0 to pic1 and offset 100 to pic100 and let the software create all needed keyframes to the pics 2-99 so that I can obtain a pan effect (same thing for a zoom). The only way seems to move manually every picture. This is near impossible with more than 1000 pictures.
I've read somewhere that for this approach I need to do it with After Effects.
Could someone tell me how to do that or point me to docs or tutorial? I've no idea what options i need to search.

Hope I've explained enough well my issue; sorry for myu english.

Many thank's
