Nostalgic Colour Grade

Hi guys, was looking if anyone knows how to create a washed out nostalgic colour grade similar to this 5902_nosalgiccolourgrade.jpg.zip it also used in this video

thanks for any help given.

Color Finesse -- which comes bundled with AE -- might have a preset that will get you close.
