how can I extend the time a frame stays in place?

I have this videoclip and you can see that at second 3 the frame moves to the left and it's too little time for people to read the whole sentece (take ownership of your career).
How do I prolong this time? I think it has something to do with camera1.

Your youtube video is private.
It looks like you bought a template project, so changing it is probably going to require moving a lot of keyframes and layers. If it's the camera that is moving to quickly, you will have to adjust the camera keyframes. Select the camera layer and press "U" to reveal it's keyframes and move them accordingly. If you move the camera keyframes 1 second-you will need to move every following layer 1 second later to compensate. Also you will probably need to extend the entire project(cntl+k) 1 second too.
