I tracked a long shot, but it is a little jittery.. I want to smooth the keyframes as seen in the graph editor, but not actually lose/delete any of them.. If I use smoother, it reduces the number of keyframes to much less and I lose the main movements of the track.. Other than manuall, is there a way to just adjust the spikey keyframes without deleting them?

Try to track your footage from half way in forward direction. Then do reverse tracking so that tracking will be more precise. Also try to choose a High Contrast and small point in your footage. You can also try tracking frames one by one as it will give different result.
If this doesn't work, you can then give a try to mocha as it makes a better tracks.

I don't know any way to smooth the tracking other then doing it manually.

There's a crucial piece of information missing that could be messing you up: the frame rate. If this was shot as 24p, but the footage is still at 29.97, you could have problems. If this is true, you will be FAR better off removing the 3:2 pulldown and tracking again.
