Hi, I just wanted to make the effect over a logo just like this example:
http://vimeo.com/14210332
from sec 21 to 24. I tried to do it in cc light Sweep but it doesn't give me the same effect in the example.
Can anyone help.

Thanks Heaps!

You can achieve this by creating a duplicate of your logo layer and placing it above your original layer. Add Stylize > Glow and adjust the glow to taste(I changed the "Glow Based on" to Alpha Channel.

Finally an animated mask with feathered edges to reveal your glow.

I made a quick sample project: 3329_glowhighlight.aep.zip
