Can anybody point me in the right direction for creating the 3D-ish screen casts that feature prominently in the new Google+ intro videos? Here is an example:

If you are referring to the way they tilt and angle the screencast video it looks like standard After effects 3D(2.5D) movement. I would suggest checking out the tuts here in the 3d section, http://library.creativecow.net/tutorials/adobeaftereffects/3d or http://www.videocopilot.net/tutorials/.

There also is a really good break down of a really cool netvibes video animation by mattrunks doing more cool stuff with after effects 3d http://www.mattrunks.com/blog/motion/netvibes-showcase-2010-ma-derniere-rea.... It's in french so you will have to translate it with google or something.
