If I connect a Nikon d3100 or d7000 a hdmi board would get a shot of 4:2:2, the chroma can be edited?
If I use a hdmi pci card can I get a good shoot to edit chroma key
Or Blackmagic Design Intensity Shuttle is the best?
Blackmagic Design Intensity register directly on it or a computer? And in what format?

I don't know: does that Nikon put out a full-resolution 1920x1080 image when you hit the record button? A LOT of DSLR's can show you 1920x1080 when they are NOT recording, but drop to a lower resolution when they record.

You need to find out about that first, or the rest of your questions are meaningless.
