It does right? Just like pixel resolution 4-4-4 etc, right?

Noise can fight aliasing and value relatively the same way for luma or chroma, right?

Not sure what you mean by that. If you're referring to chroma subsampling, then no. The higher the value, the better for keying.
There's no relation between the two.

Got it. Just wanted to make sure I understand thing so I don't ask further questions. One day hopefully I can help answer them.

If you've got noise in the image, chances are excellent that there's noise on the green parts, too. So yeah, keying becomes a tougher task.
