'Transform' Panel in After Effects

Is there a place in the After Effects interface where I can type in the size and the placement (along the X, Y, Z) axis of my items (solids, images, etc?) like there is in Illustrator? Please see below:

Hit the little arrow next to the layer to get to the Transform attributes. The layer must be 3D to access the Z data.

And, as far as the size goes, that's specified in the solid's settings when you create it. You can go back in and change the solid's settings at any time. This page talks about creating and modifying solids.
