I looking for a tut or a opinion on how to do a shot in ae im looking to do a shot from space and zoom thru earth to a city to a street right in front of a actor speaking a line i can do everything but im not sure how to go about tying the film into the effect? any suggestions the earth zoom in is no problem just the film.

Sorry, but that's not enough of a description to help us help you.

For example, when you say, "a lamp post in front of an actor", does this mean you want to see the actor in the background? Does his dialogue have to time out to the move? Does he speak AFTER the move is over?

Do you have access to a crane?
How about a jib?
What if the actor messes up the line?
What if a dog barks off camera?

You're envisioning a pretty darned tough effects shot.

It could be during or after . I want the actor to be in front of the camera full body shot. Speaking or dialogue could wait till after effect if need be. I could get a lift would like not to thou. i do not have a jib. the location will be controlled so no dogs or anything else to worry about, thx
