I'm very new to After Effects, 8 days to be exact. I've gone through quite a few tutorials and I'm very excited about all the incredible things AE can do!

For my first project, I wanted to stabilize/steady some footage I took at a car show with my Casio EX-F1 (720p 29.97). The footage is of me walking down a rows of cars. I did a decent job and ready to render out to Premier. When I try to choose the MPEG2 Blu-ray or H.264 Blu-ray output formats I do not have an option for 29.97 fps. It only allows me to choose 23.976, 24, 59.94. If I choose any those options, the video stutters very bad. Is there a different format I should use to render out 720p 29.97 video? The video looks fine when I export it as "Loseless" but I don't have enough disk space.

Thank you,
