I'm creating a PacMan scene with a keyed out head of a man being the PacMan character. As the head moves through the maze, I want it to abruptly snap 90 degrees to change direction. I've set all keyframes to linear, but I'm still getting interpolation between keyframes in rotation. In other words, the head begins the rotation as it leaves one keyframe, and has completed it when it reaches the next...instead of traveling face forward and snapping the rotation at the next keyframe.

I supose I could just create a new layer at each direction change, but it seems like I should be able to prevent this.

It sounds like you want to be using Hold interpolation for your Rotation property keyframes.
