UN trim comp to work area

UN trim comp to work area

Hi

I've just trimmed my comp to work area and lost the first 3/4 of comp.

Can I get it back?

Did you do anything after it?...

CTRL + Z = UNDO (edit menu -> undo)

if you closed it already tho.... g'luck remembering how you made it - i don't recall there being a way of getting it back..

thanks for that.

I found a way in the end

Go to comp settings and reset the time back to original values. THen select all layers and drag them back into the time line.

Yet another AE wannabe!

After watching a video on stabilizing my UNstable footage the tutor said to "trim comp to work area". Then, after doing that I sat scratching my head, wondering HOW to UN trim the comp...

Your suggestion also 'saved my bacon' on the project.
