offsset/follow movement blur

offsset/follow movement blur

This fx has done with offsset or with follow expression? It's only layer movement (of the girl) BUT it seems but motion blur especil, that is offset or what?

This looks a swish pan transition between two clips (or two instances of the same clip).

Red Giant Universe (among others) has one:
http://www.redgiant.com/universe-tools/transitions/

You can build your own by turning on motion blur and pushing one layer off while pushing another on. You may need to crank up the motion blur settings to get the effect you're looking for.

You could also use Offset and CC Force Motion Blur to do this within a single shot.

Thnaks Walter! And the transitions in the "Universe" pack that does that is how is called? "swish pan"? thanks

Ah, sorry, i just see it in the link you give me, is called "swish pan", and the with that transition will obtain the same efeect that in trhe video, or I mkust do something else? Thanks a lot

That is not a swish pan transition; swish pans are named for the camera technique where a camera turns quickly.

The approach you outlined above should work nicely.
