So I'm shooting footage where there's bullet trails in thr air and I managed to pull them off pretty well, but I need them to stay suspended in the air as the camera moves, so do I use the 3D Camera Tracker and perhaps do something with that? How do I do it?

Now, because Particular reacts to the comp camera, your bullet trails will be seem to be affected on-screen by the original camera. You may need to move the Particular system in its 3D space (either by moving the emitters or by using Particular's world transform) to position it correctly in the shot.
