New Face tracking feature and distort effect

Hello everybody :)
I haven't tried the After Effect CC 2015 and would like to ask about the new interesting feature, Face Tracking, for people who have explored it.
Could the feature be used to lock the liquify effect without has to stabilize the footage first?
Like in demon warp effect, usually when you wanna apply the effect you have to stabilize it first, and with only AE stabilization you can only do the postition and rotation but the model has to stay square to the camera. Not moving the head much, turn right/left/zoom in/out, otherwise it won't work.
But if that's not the case then we can use mocha or warp stabilizer to do the job? (i haven't tried it but i heard that it's possible?)
So i was wondering if the new face tracking feature could be a better approach to all of that?
