Hello guys, need advice please, how would you distort flame in this footage or what tool would you choose for distortion? (whole flame is added)
I want to make it less static, so it reacts to wind.

By "whole flame is added", I assume you mean that you have added the flame yourself, presumably in After Effects. The Turbulent Displace effect should work to add a reasonable shimmy to it. Make sure you animate the Evolution or the Offset (Turbulence) values.

I would track the movement from a blade of grass or tree branch to get the same movement in the distortion and then link the x value to a distortion property in the Warp Distort or Bezier plugin on an adjustment layer on top of the flame, precomp that and comp in your final.
