From 3d Max to After Effects to 360 animation - Tutorial

Hi everybody, I wanted to share with you my first attempt in making tutorials.
I really like to animate in After Effects but when you need to animated a camera in the 3d space it can be a little tricky; especially if you import a 3d scene with Element 3D. That's why I like to animate the camera in 3d Max to then export camera and objects to After Effects and then use the power of the shaders and render times of Element 3D.
Of course this technique is not for every project, but in case you need it here is the link to the tutorial:
Continuing from the last tutorial, I wanted to make a 360 animation for YouTube directly from After Effects and without Mettle Skybox (It is a great plug-in but I can't afford it right now). That's why I create a template project for 360 animations; something like a poor man 360 setup. Here is the link to the tutorial; in the description is the link to the project file ( CS6 )
And here is the final 360 Animation:
I hope someone find this useful.; like I said this are my first tutorials so any constructive critique is very welcome.
