Do you mean a typing effect where the words come in one letter after another?

specifically i mean is there an option to make the word start to this time "0:02:54:18" and end to this time "0:02:56:19" because i need to be precise on the project

Still not sure what you mean by "start" and "end," but if you just want the word to appear at a certain point in time and disappear at another, you can trim the beginning and end of the layer to those points in time.

If you want the word's animation to start at a given time and end at a given time, you need to use keyframes to set animation properties.
