Hey everyone, As you can see I've got 2 video layers and wanted to link them together. I want the video on top, inside the "Pip-Boy," to move with the lower layer as it shifts and changes throughout the composition. Minor changes in the bottom layer, but I want the top to follow it as it does. The bottom has idle animations that shift the frame slightly in any direction, and I want the top layer to essentially remain in the same position.

Is there a way to anchor it to the bottom so it follows or do I have to animate the top frame by frame? Or is there an entirely different solution?

Any solution or input is welcome. I'm fairly new to AE and despite scouring the web for the last 2 days, can't seem to find what I need. So any help is appreciated. Thanks?

That is accomplished by tracking the bottom layer footage and applying the tracking results to the top layer.

Two-point tracking should suffice, but here is an overview of different methods of tracking in AE:
