I attached a picture to help you out
1. You have to select the composition you would like to render
2. Select composition-make movie (or add to render queue in CC version)
3. I suggest h264 format
4. Enable audio
5. Set the filename
6. Start render

Hey, thank you for the help Ivan! Yet, I know how to render that is not my problem. I am going to go into more detail in my problem. I am trying to make an intro using an Intro template. An intro template gives you the files you need to create an intro for youtube. I use the first file which brings you to C4D. You have to change the name to yours then render. Easy. I usually put the animation into Quicktime Movie or PNEG sequence. Now you open up the Adobe After Effects file and it comes up with a missing error. You replace the rainbow screen with the C4D file you already rendered. But then weird things start to happen!!. Okay well sometimes the background (video file) will not be in the preview but the file is there. I think nothing of it render anyway. Lots of wrong things happen when I render. So sometimes after rendering the file will split into a video and audio file. The audio file is black and plays the music, the video file has no music and sometimes not background, just the animation. Another thing I got was a black screen with just music. I just need a way to fix this. I have tried everything and have been working for 3 days straight and failed. Thank you very much, hope this description helps.
