JPG sequence shorter than frames imported

This may be a rookie mistake as I rarely use After Effects but I have rendered a 3200 frame 3D animation at 25 FPS which should make 2mins 8 seconds of animation. I know this is correct as my preview video exported from my 3D graphics programme is 2 mins and 8 seconds.

When I import the JPG sequence into AE it is suddenly 1min 46secs long...How am I 22 seconds short? I have the entire 3200 frames, I checked. This happens whether I match the comp frame rate at 25FPS 50FPS or change it to 30FPS or 60FPS. It makes no difference!

Would be very grateful if anyone has any ideas?

In the Interpret Footage dialog box for the image sequence, specify its frame rate. The default is 30 frames per second, which accounts for the discrepancy.
