Im trying to animate a map but I wanted to light a certain location on it while darkening the original one , it worked using circle effect by duplicating the original layer and inverting the circle effect. Moreover , i wanted to light more than one location on map using the circle effect without darkening the background more , how can I add more than one circle at the same time to light locations without affecting the previous layer/effec
Thank you

Make two versions of your map: one normal one on top, and one darkened one below (using an effect like Exposure, Levels, or Curves).

Reveal the layer above with circular masks, or duplicate it and reveal each area with a single circular mask.
