Did anyone ever had this problem. Can't understand what could've cause this.

The project as Text layers, Null objects, Camera, Shape layers, Pre-Comps and Sound layers.
Its not really messing with the final export but causes me to loose some time finding the right time for the keyframes I need.

Thank you,

It looks like your comp's frame rate and the time unit display don't match up. Fix it and you should be good.

--- OR ---

You might be using mp3 audio, and AE has never played nicely with compressed audio. If you have mp3's change them to wav or aiff.

--- OR ---

You're using the bug-riddled AE CC 2015, and you've found a bug. If you can reproduce it, tell Adobe -- those guys need all the help they can get. If you can't, just use AE CC 2014 until users sound the all-clear siren that the 2015 bug fixes are out, and that they actually fix things. There's no guarantee that they will.

Thank you for your help Dave.

I forgot to say that I'm using AE CS6.

I got it right again!!!! It wasn't any of your suggestions but your first one helped! Thank you.
Went to Comp Settings and changed the "Start Timecode". It was starting at 00:00:00:15.
