Sorry, but no, you can't view these two at the same time right now.
The best I can do is tell you that Shift+F3 is the shortcut to toggle between the timeline and the graph editor, and that you can submit a feature request here:
http://adobe.ly/BugReport -- and that I do think that is a good feature request.
