I resently installed the new AE CC 2014, but faced a strange problem.
I have a 2k 2048*1108 footage, when I imported it into CC, in the comp preview window, the image size is choosen to 100% to view, but it is not the actual size of the image should have, you can see it in my first upload snapcap. It is so smaller than what is should be
Then I imported into AE CS6, it looks normally as the size, you can see it in my second upload snapcap.
The image in both of the snapcap is the same, meanwhile the comp settings too, just one in cc, one in cs6, 100% to view, but the image size in preview is quite small in CC,what's going on? need help~
and the system of my retina 5k 27inch imac is yosemite 10.10.2
Thanks for your reply, Walter
So can I close the HiDPI function or OS system scale up function? Right now the image size in other applications is different from AE such like Nuke and Quicktime, and the client at last will check the result in QT, what I see in AE, the elements are in fine details, because it is small but in QT when I play it to the client, though it is the same file but because it is scaled up, some details are blow up and not delicate to see.
what could I do?
