The brightness value range is -100~100 In cs6,saying the value is 10,that means a RGB(200,100,100) would be 210,110,110.
In cc 2014,the brightness value range is -150-150,when i also change the brightness to 10,RGB(200,100,100)would be 212,107,107,I can't figure out how does it work。

This falls into the realm of asking, "Why do you need to be so precise?"

You can eyeball Brightness/Contrast to taste with pretty good success, and as long as you don't violate maximum/minimum video levels (assuming you work in video), you should be okay.
