Hi guys,
I'm having problem with a video footage layer which keeps going blank at certain frames.
Everything plays normal until it reaches frame 8 and 19, then it just goes blank.
I have no ideas as to why this happens, I have various layers from illustrator in the comp so could this be the issue?
I'll be very grateful with any help that could help sore this problem.
Thanks.

A bit more info could provide helpful. Post the specs of your system, OS, AE version and a screen grab of your interface.

Hi Ted,
I'm sorry for the late reply, I've been away from computer for the past few days.
Here's are the info including a screen grab of the interface.

After Effects CS6, Running On OS X Version 10.9.5:
Processor 3.4 GHz Intel Core i7:
Memory. 24 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

THIS THE FRAME BEFORE THE DISAPPEARANCE:

THIS IS THE DISAPPEARED FRAME:

AND HERE IS THE NEXT FRAME WHERE IT APPEARS AGAIN:

In my original post I had stated that there were two scenes where the problem occurs, at the time of posting this one of them seems to be working fine with no disappearing frame.

Thank You,
Kings.

The only thing that comes to mind is that the footage of the actress may be compressed using a codec that AE is not fond of. I remember reading about issues like that in CS6. Try converting that footage to a uncompressed codec and see if you still get the issue.

You can use Adobe Media Encoder. There are many options but the classic QuickTime with Aimation or PNG codecs should do the trick.
