So I was doing an animation test with plugins such as Trapcode Particular and Element 3D. It looked really good when I did the RAM preview, no problems at all. However, when I tried to render it the animation was not in the video, there was just the black background. I looked everywhere on the web I did the Quicktime format options to Avid DNxHD Codec, but nothing changed there's still the black background with no particles or animation. Please I need serious help =(

Have you accidentally made your particle layer a guide layer? Or perhaps you are looking at a custom view in the viewer?

A screenshot showing your UI would be helpful.

Alright I'm an idiot, I looked at the Render Settings and I changed the resolution from full to half and it showed up in the final render.
