I have looked through some posts but can't find my answer. I have created a falling Polaroid composition following Evan Abrams tutorial.

All is working as I want it to except, as the photos fall on top of each other the bottom photo shows through, which I don't want it to.
I am fairly new to after effects and have checked everything I can think of. See the attached photo for reference. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Curtis

I was able to figure out what was causing the issue I was having.

this is not an alpha error. You have to make sure that you set apart your layers in Z space. It looks like what you are doing is with 3D layers. Even offsetting the Z position by 0.5 or 1 will tell after effects which layer is actually in front of the other without changing your overall animation or look too much.
