Transitioning from a wall to ground perspective

I'm having trouble accomplishing a believable transition.
I'm doing a network id opener; I want to create a scene where you see feathers falling, and then the camera tilts down to see a bunch of feathers on the floor with the network id outlined by the feathers. I'm using trapcode particular to get the falling animation of the feathers. I just don't know how to transition between my falling frame and the final network id lockup.
If any additional information is needed let me know!
Also, is there a way to freeze frame the trapcode particular animation? I think it has to do with the physics property but I cant get the animation to hold till the end of my scene.
