Sapphire Flashbulb Delay

Im working on a project in After Effects CC and im using the Sapphire plug-in Flashbulb effect to simulate paparazzi flash photography. The issue im having is I cant find a way to change the length of time between each flash. The default time is way to quick for what I want. Ive been trying to create a flash from scratch with Optical Flares and Particular but I cant get the look I want. I really love the look that Flashbulb gives me I just cant figure out how to change the timing. Any suggestions?

S_Flashbulbs doesn't really let you tweak the timing -- but if you were to precomp it your S_Flashbulbs layer, you could use time-remapping to control the timing as you see fit.
