I have shot someone in front of a green screen and now want to place them inside a giant glass. But am stumped on how I would achieve this effect? How would I get the person to look like they are inside the glass - as in the font of the glass is obscuring them a little? I know I could make them more opaque but they would still clearly look in front of the glass rather than in it?

Duplicate the glass layer and put it above the chroma-keyed subject. Mask out the edges of the glass, and isolate the glare on the front of the glass. Now use one the AE blend modes. You'll probably have to add the levels effect to that layer, mess with it, and play with the opacity property, too.
It may not hurt to apply the mesh warp effecdt to the chroma-keyed subject as well. Use can use it to fake a little refraction caused by the glass.
