Trouble Tracking with Mocha After Effects

Hi,

I've been struggling to get a good track from this shot using Mocha in CS6. I want to track on some text to the white board but I can't get a steady track, especially towards the end when the hands drop and the board drops off screen. Any help/advice would be hugely appreciated!
