Rendering an Animation for Broadcast

Big fan of the site, and I hope you'll excuse the newbie question.
I'm currently looking to compress 4 x short 15second trailers for an Indian TV station which have been rendered in after effects. They've requested the following specs, and I'm hitting a few creative walls. The Aspect Ratio and fps I’m absolutely fine with..but I’m a little lost in terms of the rendering container and audio spec.
As I mentioned I’ve got After Effect, Compressor but I also have Final Cut Pro too. If any one can offer any assistance whatsoever I’d be hugely grateful!
