Creating an advanced morph transition

We've got a couple videos shot in different times of the year but the movement is almost the same each time.

Because the videos are shot with a drone the videos are not exactly the same in movement and therefor I'm not able to use a simple opacity transition.

I need something like they use when transitioning photos of faces from one to another, where it seems the pixels are moving to the correct place (?).

Do you guys understand what I mean? Anyone knows the way to do it?

The easiest way I can think of to approach a morph like this is with RE:Flex from RE:Vision Effects:

If you want to do this without third-party plugins, you can use the Mesh Warp or Liquify effects to distort the two images so they match.

Your morph is more complex but the idea is the same.
