Scripting access to hidden text box information

Have a look at the following screenshot:
You notice that the anchor point is at zero (green arrow), but it's visual representation (orange arrow) isn't inside its bounding box (purple arrow).
I figured that this can happen if we have bound text and modify the bounding box in certain ways.
Obviously there is a piece of information missing from the property tree as visible in the interface:
1. The width and height of the bounding box - those can be read with the scriping api as the TextDocument's boxTextSize attribute and
2. the position of the bounding box in relation to the anchor - where that is I don't know, but as you can see in the screenshot, there is no apparent relationship between the two.
So where do I get that second bit of information via scripting?
In other words: How do I get where the text actually appears?
