I'm searching how to lock the Z position, and being able to move the X and Y position?

If you don't need 3D, just work in a 2d environment and you won't have to worry about it.

I'm using 3D, but I don't want to move the Z... only the X and Y

You can separate the x, y & z-axes -- there's a command for that -- and then use the simplest of expressions on the z-value: the numeric value you want. That'll give you a constant z-value.

I already try... but when I move my image on the viewer directly, well it moves my Z axe as well... that's why I was wondering if there is a way to lock it

An Expression for the layer's position property like this should work -

[value[0], value[1], 0]

Just replace the 0 with the value you want for the Z-position.
