• | In PREMIERE: Vertical Role Effect/Transition

I saw an answer of this question regarding FCP but it doesn't work for premiere which I use. I really need a very simple transition which doesn't seem to exit in Premiere or I'm missing something? I need a Vertical Role Effect/Transition. The FCP answer is fairly simple: use the push/slide with an angle at 0. But in Premiere there is no way to set the angle so the transition is always horizontal: push or slide from left to right or reverse while I need from up to down or north to south and reverse. Anybody can help? If it's a plug-in please let me know where to find it.
Thank a lot... waiting for your help!

Well, in AFTER EFFECTS -- which is where you posted -- you could do it using the Offset effect.
Does Premiere Pro have such an effect?

Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't realize that I posted in After Effect. I dod After effect though and I just saw that 'Offset' exist in Premiere under the video effect bin called 'Distort'. Do you mind explaining to me how to achieve the desired effect?
Thank you!

I don't use Premiere, but if it works anything like AE, you'd keyframe the vertical motion.
