Hi again!
I have a network of thick arrows I need to animate.
I know of 2 ways to accomplish the task.
1 - Generate a stroke (where I can copy mask path to the Head's position...) it's a great way, but I need thicker strokes than the maximum 50.
2 - Using a shape's layer stroke where I animate the stroke with "trim paths" also a great way, but here I am having trouble with aligning the Head's position...

So before I try to mesh the 2 methods, I thought asking here I might find a solution... I am sure this was asked many times, I just couldn't find an answer.

If the stroke was smaller than 50 I would defiantly go in this way

Also, trying to duplicate the stroke and scaling or shifting it a bit is not working great when I have curves...And I have many.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Adam

Maybe using Zaxwerks 3d serpentine may be easier.

Hi Tudor, thanks for the reply.
It's a very 2D flat design, so I was really hoping something in the stroke area...But i'll defenitly give it a shot! Hope I can render with a trail version...

You can play with lights for a flat look or just use the alpha to comp white.
