I've been wrestling with this problem for some time and it's finally time to find out why I have this problem and put an end to it. It seems like a bug because it makes no sense but maybe it's just me...

Anyway! Imagine this... I have an object I want to move from point A to B, stay at point B for a few seconds then continue onto point C. This is how I have the key frames set up.

*A-----*B---(wait here for X seconds)---*B------*C

Instead of staying completely still at point B until it's time to move onto point C, like I have told it to do in the key frames, the object moves around in a manner that makes no sense. There is no key frame telling it to move in between points *B and *B

(^^ see above ^^)

I would imagine it is an easy problem to solve but I keep seeing this happen and have no idea why...

Highlight your keyframes, right click, select Keyframe Interpolation, and change to Linear.
